Job Description
3seas Solutions is currently seeking a committed Customer Care Executive (Help Desk Executive) to join our team in Park Street, Kolkata. We welcome applications exclusively from male candidates aged 22-35 who possess a graduation degree and have 1-3 years of customer care experience.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with proficiency in BPO and KPO environments. A solid understanding of Excel and email correspondence is essential.
