Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our talented concierge team at 4moles.com. In this role, you will assist customers with bookings, payment processing, and manage both inbound and outbound communications. You will support inquiries related to Dwarka Golf Course, engage with golfers, and oversee membership and Tee sheet schedules.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The position is full-time, 10 AM to 6 PM, with a salary of ₹300,00.00 – ₹420,00.00 per year and additional benefits.
