Job Description
NamLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. You will interact with customers to verify account information, assist with the placement of orders, and manage refunds or exchanges. A warm greeting is essential to ascertain the customer’s needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹22,430.59 per month
Benefits include internet reimbursement and provident fund.
Schedule: Fixed shift, Monday to Friday.
