Job Description
FirstCry.com is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of our products and follow the sales script precisely to provide customers with accurate information.
Key responsibilities include communicating with customers via emails and calls, maintaining strong follow-ups, and processing orders accurately. The position is full-time with a pay range of ₹18,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month, plus benefits. We’re looking for candidates comfortable with rotational shifts.
