Candidates should possess an ITI in Electrician/Electronic Mechanic or a Diploma in ECE/EE with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The role involves manual soldering of SMT and through-hole components, wire harness preparation for RF and Fiber optics cables, and handling of various chemicals. Responsibilities include ESD documentation, defect analysis, self-inspection, and maintaining organizational standards. Strong reading and writing skills for documentation are essential.
