Job Description

Job Summary: Cognizant is seeking a passionate and skilled Training Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data discrepancy checks and execute data reviews as per IDRP guidelines.
• Conduct thorough evaluations including SAE, TPD recon, CDD, OCD, LEX, CFQT, and STATS checks.
• Provide secondary feedback to the Project Data Manager on the consistency and completeness of the clinical database and study design.
• Manage risks and issues effectively, including HOS reporting and CPT DM/ST IDRP marking.
• Lead and oversee LAC activities.

Certifications Required: Certification from SCDM is preferred.
