Job Description
Gairme Solutions is hiring for a waste recycling facility and seeking an experienced Footwear Production Specialist. Ideal candidates should have expertise in various footwear materials, including EVA, PVC, PU, TPR, and Rubber.
Your role will involve breaking down footwear waste streams and advancing research for sustainable footwear solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing footwear waste sorting and quality control.
- Training the sorting team and maintaining sorting standards.
- Researching recyclability of footwear materials and building partnerships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent; Pay: Up to ₹35,00/month; Schedule: Day shift.
