Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual for the position of Service Delivery Officer (SDO) at Kotak Mahindra. The SDO will be responsible for servicing walk-in customers, generating leads for new-to-bank (NTB) customers, and providing non-transaction related services at the branch, such as audit and account reconciliation. Strong customer query resolution skills and financial terminology knowledge are essential. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in branch banking operations and hold a graduate or postgraduate degree.
Key qualities include a focus on customer service and the ability to cross-sell financial products. Candidates aged 23-25 with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
