Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk email communications and maintain accurate audit logs.
- Facilitate timely digital and physical account reactivations.
- Generate welcome letters and SMS updates for new accounts.
- Handle queries from Authorized Partners (AP) and direct clients.
- Assist with internal auditor queries while adhering to policies.
