Your primary responsibilities include updating the CMDB with accurate information on configuration items, ensuring data integrity through regular audits, and maintaining configuration baselines.
You will also support change and release management processes, evaluate the impact of proposed changes, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with various teams to provide insights on configuration audits, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
