Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in IT Procurement, focusing on cost prudence and effective procurement strategies. Responsibilities include executing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance across the M&M group. A strong educational background is required, preferably a BE/B-Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology and an MBA in Finance.
Applicants should possess strong functional skills in supplier relationship management, innovation, and financial analysis, along with behavioral competencies such as collaboration and customer focus.
