Job Description
Job Summary:
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Fluency in English: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls for US/UK clients, assist with medical inquiries, and resolve issues timely. Document interactions and maintain professionalism.
Requirements:
1-3 years in international voice process, preferably in healthcare. Excellent communication skills and night shift availability are essential.
