Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a skilled Paint Shop Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of paint technology and paint shop equipment, as well as the understanding of manufacturing and supplier processes. Key responsibilities include performing statistical process control, ensuring personnel safety awareness, and utilizing quality control tools such as SPC, PFC, FMEA, and QMS. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
