Job Description
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 10 AM (Night Shifts)
Off Days: 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Salary Package:
– Less than 18 months of experience: Training INR 34,350; Post-Training INR 38,517; CTC INR 5 LPA.
– Above 18 months of experience: Training INR 37,785; Post-Training INR 42,368; CTC INR 5.5 LPA.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience, excellent communication skills, typing speed of 30 WPM, and ability to work nights.
Pay: ₹38,00.00 – ₹42,00.00 per month
