Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Resolution Coordinator to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions by receiving and logging complaints, conducting issue analysis, and coordinating with various internal departments for resolution. Responsibilities include identifying complex issues for escalation, problem-solving, providing status updates to customers, and maintaining accurate documentation in our CRM system.
This is a full-time position open to freshers with a monthly pay ranging from ₹11,66.74 to ₹17,752.21. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a provident fund. Work hours are Monday to Friday during the day shift.
Requirements
