Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin to act as the point of contact between our manager and internal/external clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Screening and directing phone calls
- Handling requests and queries
- Managing diary, meetings, and appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Taking dictation and minutes
- Sourcing office supplies
- Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Maintaining an organized office filing system
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00/month
