Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Support Service Executive to join our team at Stuba.com. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communication skills, allowing them to interact effectively with hotels, and average written communication skills to compose clear and concise emails for reconfirmations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconfirm hotel bookings by contacting hotels or suppliers via call or email.
- Procure hotel confirmation numbers for every booking.
- Update the Stuba system with the obtained confirmation numbers for tracking and record-keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
