Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Officer to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will handle personalized service requests from our valued customers, generate timely business MIS reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various desks for customer account openings, managing customer complaints, and ensuring resolutions are achieved within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a good understanding of banking norms and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
