Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Risk Management Support Specialist to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Operational Risk Management tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Loss Database.
Key responsibilities include back testing of RCSA controls, monitoring RCSA renewals, and reviewing processes to identify key risks.
Qualifications: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, CA/MBA or relevant experience in control functions, and strong communication skills.
