Job Description
Corporate Hub is seeking dedicated Non-Voice Process Associates for a UK Bank.
Location: Malad West
Salary: Up to ₹25,00 + incentives + overtime
Eligibility: HSC with 1 year experience or Graduate freshers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 on, 2 off).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
