ExcelR Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Manager (individual contributor) to drive income through effective phone sales and outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with both existing and potential clients, answering incoming inquiries, and making outbound calls.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective leads in understanding course offerings and converting them into enrollments.
- Provide Career Counseling to help candidates choose the right path for their future.
- Prepare and implement short- and long-term sales plans to meet targets.
