Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing our kitchen operations. This role is vital in ensuring guest satisfaction through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all kitchen activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or upscale restaurant, preferably with luxury international brands.
