Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the deposit pool from customers and establishing high standards in service delivery. Key responsibilities include selling non-deposit products, cross-selling targets, and managing the sale of mutual funds and insurance products. Additionally, the Sales Executive will handle fee income, branch administration, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage branch productivity and team morale while being accountable for the branch’s break-even and profit & loss statements.
