Job Description
Altruist Fostering Services is looking for a Recruiter cum Admin with over 1 year of experience to join our consulting firm in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft job descriptions, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with agencies to source top talent and ensure compliance.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks and employee records.
Salary: Up to ₹30,00 per month (negotiable).
