Job Description
DHL is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Territory Service Representatives (Bikers). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Unloading bags and scanning shipments.
- Sorting deliveries and ensuring status updates.
- Timely delivery of packages and obtaining customer acknowledgment.
- Handling cash on delivery (COD) and reporting undelivered shipments.
- Upholding a professional dress code and managing field bags.
- Performing pickups per Standard Operating Procedures.
Delivery processes will be thoroughly briefed during training.
