Job Description
Join our Group Technology and Operations (T&O) team at DBS Bank, where we empower banking with an efficient and resilient infrastructure. As an Associate in Production Support, you will ensure production changes comply with lifecycle methodologies and risk guidelines. Your responsibilities will include addressing application issues, providing level 2/3 support, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with onsite/regional teams.
Candidates should have 3.5 to 6.5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in PL/SQL is mandatory, along with knowledge of Java, Unix, and web technologies such as HTML5 and AngularJS.
