Job Description
Exaways Corporation is seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should be familiar with ATS portals like CEIPAL and have worked with Implementation Partners or Direct Clients.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of technical terminology, Boolean search strategies, various visa statuses, and tax terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099). The candidate must be willing to work the night shift (USA Time Zone).
This full-time position offers ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 monthly, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and work-from-home options.
