Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join our team at Pranera Textiles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting labor.
- Maintaining leave and absentee records.
- Facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
- Having experience in recruiting North & South Indian employees, particularly in the Tirupur textiles field.
- Possessing a minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Exhibiting working knowledge of HR systems.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to ₹30,00/month, along with benefits.
Location: In-person at our facility.
