Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Hilite Mall, Calicut. Candidates should possess a Plus Two or Graduation degree, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales and/or cashier roles.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sales management capabilities, and proficiency in display management. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store displays, promoting products, and maintaining overall store standards.

The compensation for this position ranges from ₹12,821.47 to ₹20,943.27 per month, along with additional incentives and allowances. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.
