Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a committed Scrum Master to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will champion Agile methodologies while collaborating closely with our teams to enhance their performance.
Your key responsibilities will include organizing Scrum ceremonies, mentoring team members, and eliminating obstacles that hinder progress. Additionally, you will work in partnership with Product Owners to define and achieve project objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Agile practices, exceptional communication skills, and prior experience as a Scrum Master. A relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
