Job Description
Join HaystackAnalytics, an innovative HealthTech firm located at IIT Bombay, dedicated to transforming clinical genomics products. As a Bioinformatics Intern, you will be instrumental in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis, creating customized analysis pipelines using R, Python, and Linux. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of human and microbial genomes, along with familiarity with pertinent databases.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in R or Python and possess experience in developing NGS analysis pipelines. A Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology is required, along with relevant prior experience in the field.
This is a full-time internship position lasting 3 months, offering a stipend ranging from ₹8,00.00 to ₹10,00.00 per month. Flexible morning shifts are available.
