Job Description
Bullet Redevelopment Company is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to maintain and enhance our customer database and ensure a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping up-to-date customer records in the system.
- Making service reminder calls to customers.
- Taking and updating appointment schedules.
- Conducting post-service feedback calls.
- Providing information on products and services while addressing customer complaints.
- Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Following up on customer requests and complaints.
- Escalating unresolved issues as needed.
Qualifications include a Degree/Diploma and preferred skills in CRM software, real estate experience, and knowledge of relevant laws.
