Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Gold Ornament Making team as Production Trainees. This role includes a robust 12-month training program focused on equipping you with the essential skills for designing and creating stunning gold ornaments. Upon successful completion of the program, you will seamlessly transition into a full-time position offering competitive salary benefits.
Work Schedule: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (weekly rotation).
Compensation: A stipend of ₹15,00/month during training, which can increase to ₹26,00/month based on your developed skills.
No prior experience is necessary. We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for craftsmanship!
