Job Description
HR CATALYST is actively seeking a talented Forging Shift Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Developing cutting plans based on forging requirements.
- Providing raw material test pieces for inspection to the MQC.
- Effectively managing workforce resources.
- Implementing FIFO systems within the cutting department.
- Ensuring compliance with 5S standards.
- Maintaining accountability of materials throughout cutting and forging operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering drawings, experience with measuring instruments, and knowledge of forging processes and their potential defects.
Job Type: Permanent | Salary: Up to ₹400,00.00 annually
Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, including rotational shifts.
Work Location: On-site.
