Job Description
Gosree Finance Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive – Recovery to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers for payment reminders, negotiating repayment plans, and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge is required. Preferred candidates are males aged 24-30 who are fluent in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
Start Date: April 1, 2025.
