Job Description
SentientGeeks is looking for a highly motivated Vendor Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of technical talent and managing relationships with our vendors effectively.
Preferred Industry: IT Services or Recruitment Consultancy
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in vendor hiring and staff augmentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and post detailed technical job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates from vendors and LinkedIn
- Ensure timely communication between vendors and the internal team
- Coordinate interviews and oversee vendor relationships
