Job Description
Evercaring Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Centre Agent to join our sales team. You will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, build relationships, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Promote products/services based on customer needs.
- Respond to inquiries with exceptional service.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or call center roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
Salary: ₹8,994.40 – ₹29,621.02 per month
