Job Description
Boost Tech is seeking a passionate Customer Care Executive to enhance our vibrant team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for meeting and surpassing weekly and monthly sales targets, achieving both individual and team sales goals. Your duties will include making outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts, introducing and explaining our products and services, and accurately documenting customer information in our database. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
