Job Description
Wavetree Networks Pvt Ltd is actively looking for an ISP Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess L-1 ISP Support experience and will provide essential back-end assistance to both the installation team and our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring home routers
- Understanding networking concepts (IP, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wireless LAN, GPON)
- Generating and resolving support tickets
- Coordinating tasks for field executives
- Preparing reports on customer inquiries and support tickets
This position offers a flexible work arrangement, with options for office, remote, or hybrid settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
Schedule: Multiple shifts available.
