Job Description
PESH Group is currently seeking a qualified Legal Executive to handle all legal matters related to Real Estate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in conducting legal analysis, providing sound legal advice, drafting essential legal documents, and supporting dispute resolution efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
- Drafting contracts and legal opinions
- Reviewing and assessing legal documents
- Ensuring organizational compliance with relevant legislation
- Reducing legal risks for the organization
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month, based in Pune, Maharashtra (relocation required). Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.
