Job Description
Humaniquee is looking for a committed IT Recruiter to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee employee relations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure adherence to labor regulations. Key responsibilities encompass sourcing and hiring candidates, facilitating onboarding and orientation processes, conducting performance evaluations, and designing competitive compensation and benefits packages. Moreover, you will provide employee counseling and coordinate training and development initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,031.33 – ₹28,00.00 per month
