Job Description
SMART TRAVEL is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Inbound Product Support. This position involves responding to inbound calls and emails from clients interested in travel options to the UAE.
Key responsibilities include assisting clients with travel reservations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE attractions, and documenting interactions using our CRM software. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications: A degree in Travel and Tourism or an IATA certification is preferred. We welcome applications from recent graduates.
