Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team at Mervice Infotech as a Kiosk Attendant. You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs from the airport while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting during unforeseen situations, handling inquiries, and collaborating with drivers. Certification in Aviation or Hospitality Management is preferred. Previous airport customer service experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹21,00.00 – ₹26,00.00 per month | Benefits: Provident Fund | Schedule: Day and Rotational shifts.
