Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to join our vibrant team at The Hosteller. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and delivering outstanding customer service.
This role requires leading the food and beverage team, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with brand standards for quality and safety.
Required Skills: A degree in Hospitality Management (F&B) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication and management skills are essential.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month, including benefits such as meals, health insurance, and paid time off. Flexible work schedules available.
