Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Bench Sales Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for our US clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to formulate effective global hiring strategies, utilizing specialized IT platforms for candidate sourcing.
Qualifications include a minimum of 6 months of experience in US IT recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field. This is a full-time, on-site position with an immediate start date.
The salary is competitive, ranging from ₹17,00 to ₹35,00 per month, and includes benefits such as meals and a provident fund. The working hours are Monday through Friday, during the night shift.
