Job Description
Xylem Learning is excited to announce an opening for a proactive Admission Executive in Kottayam, Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for managing student inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission journey, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Your primary duties will include responding to inquiries, providing detailed course information, converting leads into successful admissions, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in admissions or customer service. Strong communication skills in both Malayalam and English are vital for this position.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month, alongside health insurance and performance-based incentives.
