Job Description

Zorient Solutions LLP is in search of a dedicated Customer Support Executive to oversee our customer support functions, which include email, phone, and chat assistance for our international clientele. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding support, participate in daily stand-up meetings, and contribute to the development of FAQs and Knowledge Base articles. Additionally, maintaining precise documentation and assisting senior management with various tasks will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional support through email, phone, and chat.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Develop and maintain FAQs and Knowledge Base documentation.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compile IT requirements.
• Support senior management with diverse requests.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in an international environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
