Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for events.
- Supervise staff and volunteers effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients and vendors.
- Manage all on-site operations to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Create and develop timelines for task completion.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess outcomes.
