Job Description
Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic Min HSC freshers with DRA certification to join our team as Customer Care Executives (Collections). Ideal candidates should have proficiency in Hindi and possess average English language skills.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹21,00 take-home pay, with a total compensation of ₹25,00 per month.
Work hours are during the DAY SHIFT, spanning any 9 hours between 9 AM and 6 PM, with a schedule of 6 working days and 1 rotational week-off.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick leave, a Provident Fund, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
Please note that this is an in-person role, with an expected start date of April 14, 2025.
