Job Description
Fabus Frames Pvt Ltd is currently hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Kanhangad office. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, fluency in English and Hindi, and prior customer support experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
